Salt is once again collaborating with one of the worlds largest FMCG clients as they seek to hire a CRM & Loyalty Manager for an immediate starting contract role. In this position, you will support in the development and delivery of their consumer-centric CRM & Loyalty strategy to help achieve commercial objectives which includes revenue maximisation, customer retention and engagement and value maximisation.
Sitting within the Marketing & Digital team, you will work closely with the Head of Digital to lead in defining their CRM & Loyalty strategies to achieve the required user experience, build their brands and drive product awareness. You will lead in the creation of the CRM roadmap, incl. – Lead Gen, Consumer, Community and Advocacy and oversee the delivery of the initiatives required to deliver these strategies.
Key Role Requirements:
Set the direction for all online CRM journeys and experiences to ensure that the online consumer experience is positive and generates brand loyalty.
Ensure that the CRM and Loyalty strategies and execution plans have the consumer at the core and focus on identifying painpoints, needs and identify the opportunities to address these.
Effectively establish work priorities, provides direction, and guidance to create on-brand, high-impact experiences based on consumer needs and business requirements
Make decisions about the best approaches for implementation of CRM experience and set budgets required to do this.
Deliver the CRM governance approach, and be accountable for ensuring controls are in place to manage all personalised interactions with consumers.
Work closely and effectively with the Commercial teams to ensure an aligned strategic commercial approach across all sales channels
Work closely with the Marketing colleagues to align the CRM strategy with the brand comms strategy
Oversee the creation of campaigns to deliver the desired CRM outcomes
Be responsible for developing and executing the CRM project plan to help drive eCommerce performance and achieve sales and profit targets
