CRM Manager

Salt’s client, a UK Financial Advisory firm are looking for an experienced CRM Manager for an exciting hybrid role based in their Central London HQ. This fast-growing, ambitious team require a motivated and dynamic CRM professional to manage the email lifecycle journey, the CRM calendar and communicate with their consumer base via email, other CRM channels and via social media to drive enquiries and customer retention. The successful candidate will also assist the team in the transition to a new CRM system.

Within this role, previous social media experience will be very advantageous as you will also have ownership of the various social media channels, with a focus on increasing their following and ensuring high engagement rates through daily content.

Role responsibilies:

• Assisting the Head of Customer Marketing with the CRM strategy
• Executing emails for lifecycle and ad hoc campaigns and optimise performance to increase open rates, CTRs etc
• Delivering a transparent and engaging experience to our consumers to increase retention
• Assist in the transition to a new CRM System
• Oversee all social media channels and post daily content
• Executing seasonal campaigns across CRM and social, manage competitions
• Regular campaign reporting and performance analysis

Key requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in CRM and Marketing in a B2C environment
• Previous experience with CRM platforms
• Strong social skills, confident in building relationships with key stakeholders
• Basic HTML skills for email template edits
• Highly organised and able to work to set deadlines
• Interest in social media marketing and drive to expand your skill-set here
