Salt’s client, a UK Leading Luxury Accessories Online Retailer are on the hunt for a CRM Manager for an exciting new role within their team. You will hold responsibility for the day-to-day delivery BAU – campaign management, deployment, measurement and reporting of company email activities during peak period and thereafter. This role will report directly to the Head of CRM and ideally you will support with a hybrid working structure to their HQ based in Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of CRM and Email Marketing Manager to deliver the communications objectives across e-mail and database marketing.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to deliver engaging email content, driven by internal and external insight along with subject matter expertise
- Manage email campaign strategy from end-to-end, take ownership of campaign management, deployment and consistent reporting
- Ensure campaigns comply with customer lifecycle and customer journey models, ensuring the content is targeted to the different needs of the customers across each of the channels
- Oversee consistent maintenance of the CRM database and identify opportunities for greater consumer engagement and the right type of customer acquisition.
Required Skills:
- Possess a broad knowledge of digital marketing and an understanding of how the different digital channels work together to deliver business results
- Hold a working knowledge of Campaign Monitor/Ometria or similar
- Previous experience of CRM migrations
- Confident producing copy for email marketing campaigns
- Strong analytics and decision-making skills and a commercial understanding of campaign performance
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
