A leading entertainment business are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing digital and retail function. You will be joining the business at a great stage of growth as they look to further.

This role can be based in either Nottingham or London and will offer flexible working – they will consider a remote candidate too.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, DM)

· Work with the Senior CRM Manager to update the weekly campaign calendar and CRM results tracker to monitor optimise all CRM activity

· Work across strategic projects in CRM with senior stakeholders

· Manage 2 CRM executives

· Focus on customer retention campaigns across the subscriber base

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience in a CRM position

· Experience of developing and executing email marketing campaigns

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
