One of the UKs fastest growing start-ups are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growth team in London. The CRM team is currently standing at 4 people and you will be the 5th!

The company was founded 10 years ago now and have raised over £100million in funding and are currently at 2000 staff globally. The next 18 months will be incredibly exciting as they look to enter new markets, with the US being a top priority.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of all Email Marketing and CRM campaigns – including reporting
• Manage the end-to-end process for ad-hoc customer communication across all channels (email, push, in-app messages) from brief to execution.
• Work with broader marketing and growth team to ensure CRM campaigns are at the highest level
• Work closely with the data team to ensure the data is fit for purposes
• Communicate with senior stakeholders in the business and keep them updated on CRM progress
• Support the Head of CRM with the strategy across markets

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies – ideally across different markets

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Comfortable working in a data driven environment

· Passion for joining a start-up on a great journey
