A leading comparison site based in London are looking for a CRM Manager to join their existing CRM team of 4! The company were founded 15 years ago and are already at 300+ staff. You’ll be joining at an impressive stage of growth as they are investing heavily into CRM, SFMC and data.

You will work across multiple products and will deliver a multi-channel CRM strategy. You will report into the Head of Customer Marketing and will support with strategy, but also execute campaigns across Email, SMS & Newsletters.

They are happy to consider candidates who are looking for their first CRM Manager role with 3+ years experience.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS and Push Notifications)

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Develop and implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy

· Use customer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Develop marketing and transactional comms for new propositions and offers

· Work with the wider Commercial, Data & Insights team on targeting

· Partner with the Brand team on messaging and design

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Experience using Salesforce or another campaign management tool

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
