A leading entertainment brand are looking for a CRM Manager to enhance their CRM & email marketing capabilities.

You will be responsible for email campaigns across the broad database and will also be tasked with managing a digital agency.

CRM Manager Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Marketing Director you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric campaigns
• Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
• Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives
• Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)
• Work with the digital agency

CRM Manager Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Knowledge in CRM, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
• Experience executing campaigns across a number of channels
