CRM Manager – Luxury Travel Brand – £54,00

I am looking for a CRM Manager to join a luxury travel brand based in London. You will be joining this business at an impressive stage of growth as they look to enter into new markets.

Within this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for execution of CRM Strategies and implementing targeted customer retention programmes.

CRM Manager Responsibilities

• Design and deliver the CRM Strategy with the Head of CRM
• Provide reporting and analysis of the marketing campaigns
• Manage the relationship with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and ensure the platform is optimised
• Recommend new CRM ideas to Senior Stakeholders
• Plan and deliver CRM marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns, cross channel to drive quality subscriber growth and repeat customers
• Manage the new loyalty campaign across different markets

CRM Manager Requirements

• Passion for the luxury market
• Experience in using and managing ESP systems
• Experience presenting CRM strategies to stakeholders
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Background in Email, SMS, DM and Digital campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
