A luxury skincare/ beauty brand based in Central London are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing team. The company have gone through an impressive stage of growth recently, and now would like to enhance their CRM offering.

You will work alongside their Head of CRM who is a leader in this field and has worked for amazing companies throughout her career.

Within this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for the execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels and you’ll implement targeted retention programmes. The business are also looking and implementing targeted customer retention programmes.

Responsibilities

· implement CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and improve conversion and repeat rates

· Lead the end-to-end CRM lifecycle and marketing messages – including scheduled and trigger activity across all CRM channels

· Work closely with the Head of CRM on broader CRM initiatives such as segmentation, loyalty, driving insight, growing the customer database

· Provide reporting and analysis of the marketing campaigns

· Manage the relationship with the Email Service Provider Braze and ensure the platform is optimised

· Work closely with the broader teams – marketing, copy & design and the wider E-Commerce team to deliver programmes and initiatives across the business

Requirements

· Previous experience in an Email Marketing & CRM role

· Interest in the skincare/ beauty industry

· The ability to advise and lead on best practice CRM campaign design and delivery

· Some experience and understanding of HTML coding

· Ideally educated to degree level
