CRM Manager – Online Retailer – £40,000
A leading online retailer are looking for a CRM Manager to join the team at an impressive stage of growth. You will be responsible for the delivery of multi-channel campaigns. You will have a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and implement amazing strategies across their growing customer base.
The overall CRM objective is to be responsible for designing, producing and delivering a range of timely campaigns to increase customer loyalty, retention and acquisition. You will use data to evaluate programme effectiveness, guide decision making and implement robust testing strategies.
· You will own the relationship with the ESP and SMS solution
· Work with wider digital team to develop and optimise on-site channels
· Conduct A/B testing to develop email design, copy and schedule
· Identify customer journey requirements and trigger points for automated communications
· Manage the scheduling, testing, tracking and broadcast off all CRM channels using the relevant software
· Educated to degree level – marketing qualification would be preferable
· Solid CRM and Email marketing background
· Data focused CRM professional
· Proven experience in CRM campaigns that deliver results and can identify insights
