A leading Retail business are looking for a Global CRM Manager to join their London office to plan and deliver a CRM strategy that spans all channels and touchpoints. Looking after several products and markets, you will lead the design, strategy and execution of all customer marketing solutions.

The company are only 70 people strong in the UK and are looking to open offices in Europe and America next year!

Responsibilities

· Working with the broader marketing team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push

· Ensuring communications are customer-centric and insight driven

· On-going optimisation (test & learn approach) to campaigns

· Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new programme

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Solid CRM experience across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Loyalty)

· Ideally Retail, Luxury or Cosmetic background

· Data driven and analytical mindset

· Ability to work with senior stakeholders
