CRM Manager – Transport Franchise – £45,000

A large transport franchise in the UK are currently undergoing large scale digital transformation. As part of this project, they are seeking a talented CRM Manager to join their team in a newly created role.

You will take ownership of all four brands CRM strategy with a focus on driving new customer acquisition and engagement.

CRM Manager – Responsibility

· Be responsible for all things CRM – strategy, build, execution & reporting!

· Using consumer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Analytical approach to ensure the Monthly CRM KPI reporting is accurate

· Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

CRM Manager – Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
