CRM Marketing Executive – Leading UK Grocery Retailer

I am looking for a CRM Marketing Executive for a leading UK grocery retailer. You will have a fantastic opportunity to grow, develop and implement amazing strategies across their customer base.

Responsibilities –

· Understand the strategy and drive the scoping and delivery of the programmes

· Work with stakeholders to gather relevant marketing assets and product inclusion lists, ensuring campaigns are sent on time

· Execute monthly data capture and report against targets, working with the online and store teams to maximise opportunities

· Working with the Digital Marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly

· Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns to support the brand

· Carry out email testing to ensure campaigns are accurate, and error-free

· Reporting weekly and monthly on email activity and channel KPI’s

· Awareness of email marketing trends

· Identify ways to enhance campaign performance

Requirements –

· 1 – 2 years experience in a CRM or email marketing role

· Experience using CRM software

· Some experience with data desired

· HTML and photoshop experience a bonus
