CRM Marketing Lead

I am working with a leading technology and innovation business, who are on the hunt for an interim CRM Marketing Lead on an initial 6-month contract to work with their London team.

My client need an experienced, data driven, team-mate who will obsess over their mass communications strategy.

You will be instrumental in developing their omni-channel CRM system, building trigger-based email and push notification strategies across multiple markets.

You will work closely with data scientists and the rest of the marketing team to test and learn across campaigns, continually optimising to drive measurable results.

Day to day responsibilities

· Leading, designing and implementing their automated life-cycle campaigns and strategy for new and existing users

· Writing and testing email and push notification copy

· Analysing, measuring and reporting on campaigns, everything from copy tests to delivery and frequency optimisation

· Collecting qualitative feedback from users regularly, sharing with the wider team and representing the voice of the users alongside the consumer engagement team

· Focusing on retention and driving revenue based on individual user behaviour

· Help build the brand further, by being a super user yourself and sharing your ideas to improve the app
