Salt’s client, a fast-growing, vibrant EdTech company looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to
support their team on an immediate starting, 2-3 month contract role. This position will oversee the implemention and maintenance of their CRM as they transition from Hubspot to Salesforce.
You will be providing high-quality content for the existing communicational channels such as emails, SMS and in-app. You’ll also effectively manage site data and metrics to continuously improve your content and the product will be main driver for quality communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the CRM strategy across all channels, acting as the CRM champion for the business
- Oversee ownership for the CRM roadmap for all territories – new customer acquisition, customer loyalty and retention
- Owning the technical execution of the CRM platform, including the procurement of new products and migration from Hubspot to Salesforce
- Implement a continuous test and learn approach to the CRM strategy to optimise the performance of campaigns and gain invaluable insights
- Work effectively with the Head of Data to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used in CRM marketing and operational activity
- Provide regular and insightful updates to key stakeholders around the business of successes, learnings and opportunities
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of CRM / customer lifecycle marketing experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale, CRM programmes
- Experience using an ESP or Marketing Automation Platform e.g. Responsys, Emarsys etc.
- Previous exposure to CRM beyond email eg. SMS and App / Push messaging
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle / CRM platforms eg. Segment, Customer.io
- Prior experience working with cross-functional, remote or international teams in a startup/scale-up or high-growth, subscription business exposure would be advantageous
