Salt’s client, a Luxury Online Retailer is on the hunt for a driven CRM Specialist to join their team on a 12 month, immediate starting contract position. In this role, you will oversee retention, loyalty and acquisition delivery across the business. You will manage multi-channel marketing promotional campaigns across email, push, direct mail, referral and inserts. This is a remote operating role for the foreseeable, with a projected return to the London office later in the year which will require 2 days min of in-house work.
Key Skills:
- Hold prior experience managing multichannel CRM campaigns.
- Experienced in using a range of email service providers, eg. Responsys.
- Ability to implement, review and adapt a strategy in line with business goals.
- Hold a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to combine analytical capabilities and creative thinking to generate practical insights and solutions.
- You will be commercially minded and can effectively identify opportunities and risks across the business.
- Prior experience working in Luxury, Fashion and Retail industry space is preferred but non-essential.
