CRM Specialist – Outside IR35
Salt’s client, a Luxury Online Retailer is on the hunt for a driven CRM Specialist to join their team on a 12 month, immediate starting contract position. In this role, you will oversee retention, loyalty and acquisition delivery across the business. You will manage multi-channel marketing promotional campaigns across email, push, direct mail, referral and inserts. This is a remote operating role for the foreseeable, with a projected return to the London office later in the year which will require 2 days min of in-house work.
Key Requirements:
- Oversee the setting up and testing of behaviourally triggered email and app push messages in the campaign management tool.
- Develop the referral program and working with their third party provider to improve with A/B testing, imagery refreshes, reporting and broadening exposure of the program.
- Work cross-collaboratively with the design, store teams, warehouse and printers, managing the end-to-end production process to produce and achieve compelling content.
- Hold direct responsibility for the email calendar and testing plan.
- Work with the CRM Coordinator to push innovation and development of BAU emails
- Oversee responsibility for the use of their in-house promo tool to support essential promotional campaigns.
- Lead in the efforts to improve the NPS process for online and store – managing survey sends and internal reporting for the business.
Key Skills:
- Hold prior experience managing multichannel CRM campaigns.
- Experienced in using a range of email service providers, eg. Responsys.
- Ability to implement, review and adapt a strategy in line with business goals.
- Hold a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to combine analytical capabilities and creative thinking to generate practical insights and solutions.
- You will be commercially minded and can effectively identify opportunities and risks across the business.
- Prior experience working in Luxury, Fashion and Retail industry space is preferred but non-essential.
