A utilities business who are changing the game and looking for a CRM Manager/ Customer Marketing Manager to join their growing digital team. They were only founded 12 years ago and are already over 250 staff.

The Marketing team is going to be key for further success and we are supporting them to build a new team.

You will work across multiple products and will deliver the multi-channel CRM strategy. You will report into the Head of Customer Marketing and will support with strategy.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS and Push Notifications)

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Develop and implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy

· Using consumer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Experience using Salesforce or another campaign management tool

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
