Reporting into the CRM Lead, this DIY retailer are looking for a Customer Insight Manager to own the customer segmentation initiatives and use it to predict and plan future value driving campaigns. You will be a key player in supporting the delivery of their customer strategy.

Responsibilities

· Trough customer insights you will be expected to make precise actions as a result of the insights, focusing on measurements and key areas where improvements can be made

· Assisting the CRM Lead to drive the emerging CI function to be at the heart of key commercial and business wide priorities

· Communicate key insights to stakeholders to inform and build strategy

· Work closely with the Campaign Manager to develop new multi-channel customer journeys to achieve a step change in CRM

· Using their data rich environment, you will make key decisions about their CRM and customer insight campaigns

Experience

· Background and experience working in customer insight teams

· Experience of providing compelling insight to inform critical decisions

· Ability to demonstrate your expertise and provide thought leadership within CRM and data

· Experience in customer segmentation and direct channel targeting

· Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent with strong insight skills
