Customer Loyalty Strategist

Greater London Contract / 5 weeks £250.00 - £300.00 per day

Salt’s client, a Leading London-based Digital Agency are looking for an talented freelance strategist who can hit the ground running on a 5 week contract working on one of their largest Betting client accounts.

Your executional focus should ideally be on CRM and Loyalty, putting the consumer at the heart of their strategy development.

Sitting within the strategy team, this role will bring strategic thinking to the table that is unexpected and unforgettable. Ideally you will be a naturally curious, forward thinker – underpinning your thinking with a foundation of robust strategic expertise. Experience working with a restricted market will be essential in adding value and discussions with client.

You will be involved in all aspects of planning, digital execution, and evaluation, implementing digital creative ideas and measuring success. Ideally you willl also possess a working knowledge of platforms such as Facebook insights, Facebook Ad Manager, Global Web Index, Audiense, YouScan, Onalytica, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Data Studio.

Key Role Requirements:

  • Ideally experience in the betting/gaming industry with a focus on reward programmes.
  • Digital first approach in work-style
  • Engage in complex data analysis to establish significance, validity and implications of findings.
  • Hold previous experience working with third party partners
  • Possess an understanding of acquisition/retention methods within digital and CRM
  • Effectively engage with client stakeholders to define requirements
  • Desk research in to best in class loyalty programs
  • Market gap analysis e.g. look to other markets and identify the opportunities.
  • Ability to create the strategic approach
  • Proven ability to effectively define the creative brief
  • Confidently present the approach and findings to client and internal teams.
  • Use complex tools to uncover insights and implement and analyse creative work effectively
  • Create a framework that becomes fundamental to clients’ business practice and visionary worldview.
