Demand Generation Manager – 1 year contract

Campaign Marketing Manager (1 year contract) – M4 Corridor – up to 60K plus Bonus

THE COMPANY

My client is a globally renowned electronics technology company that has an array of propositions for consumers and business.

Due to a maternity cover, this position has become available – where for at least 12 months (including handover), you will take ownership of the end-to-end marketing campaigns for demand generation across B2B, working with multiple teams and using marketing automation tools such as Marketo.

THE ROLE

This role requires a highly focused and dynamic Demand Generation Manager/Marketing Automation Campaigns Manager. In this challenging role you will be leading and optimising the demand gen campaign strategies and initiatives through multiple channels. This will include driving the acceleration of new buyers across the organisation’s markets. You will be amazing with Marketo (or a similar platform, with at least some exposure ideal)

As the ideal candidate, you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the current market needs, operational processes, and technologies. In your field of expertise, you will provide contributions, which make a difference to the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, execute and utilise end-to-end demand generation programs
• Optimise marketing tactics by evaluating and understanding the customer, product and buyer’s journey
• Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
• Develop and deploy innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise marketing qualified lead and the sales pipeline, whilst closely monitoring conversion rates and campaigns at each stage
• Facilitate the coordination of Field Marketing Managers to ensure they work cohesively on projects
• Measure, analyse and report the performance of campaigns and local field marketing across the business unit, country and vertical.

• Ideally a recognised degree qualification as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience within the marketing field
• Proactive approach, the ability to manage your own workload and taking ownership
• Highly organised and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
• Ability to supervise and evaluate the appliance of function specific techniques
• Effective project management skills including the ability to evaluate, judge and decide on alternative options]
• Strong experience of a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo.
