About the role
Salt have partnered with a digital optimisation agency looking for a project manager. The role would run from the 26th of October to 22nd of November. They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience of planning and managing Optimisation, CRO and A/B testing.
With this role there are opportunities for further contracts in the future.
Key responsibilities:
Working with an account lead, optimisation, research, and the creative studio, you will book & brief work, ensure delivery on, and communicate milestones & key timelines to clients & your colleagues. You will update & manage the client budgets, including communicating those updates to clients.
Working with the Head of Marketing, you will book, brief and ensure delivery of tasks related to the marketing efforts, including thought leadership, and website elements. Working with the Managing Director, you will book, brief and ensure delivery of work related to business development e.g. pitch decks.
Working with heads of department & relevant third parties, collaborate to problem solve as general operations questions from team members arise.
Skills
- 3+ years experience with project management for a digital agency.
- Knowledge of testing/experimentation/optimisation using tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize etc.
- Competence in leading project management for optimisation programs, including working with senior client stakeholders.
- Experience with Teamwork (PM tool), slack, Microsoft stack.
