Remote/ Bristol – 2 days per month

A leading retailer are looking for a Direct Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing digital transformation team. This role can be remote, with ideally 2 days per month in their office near Bristol!

You will specialise in data driven campaigns, across multiple channels, you will understand their fast growing active customer base – and be responsible for the execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities

· Work very closely with the Customer Insight Manager to develop new multi-channel customer journeys to achieve incremental change

· Plan and deliver the Direct Marketing strategy

· Execute campaigns across multiple channels

· Plan and measure the engagement of customers using segmentation and targeting principles

· Own the existing Direct Marketing campaign programme and drive for improvement

· Report and analyse campaign outcomes and results, present findings to senior stakeholders

· Work closely with the CRM Manager to ensure the campaigns are fit for purpose

· Work closely with marketing agencies to ensure delivery is on time

Experience

· Experience managing and executing consumer marketing campaigns ideally within a retail space

· Multichannel campaign experience with strong focus across marketing areas

· Data driven and analytical approach to marketing campaigns

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience running marketing campaigns across multiple channels

· Work closely with senior stakeholders
