A leading entertainment business is looking for a Graduate Marketing Assistant to join their growing digital and retail function. You will be part of a team of 4 and will support the business on CRM & Email activities across their customer base.

The company has been going from strength to strength and are now looking to enhance their CRM offering. You will work across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, DM).

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain valuable experience in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, DM)

· Work with the CRM Manager to update the weekly campaign calendar and CRM results tracker to monitor optimise all CRM activity

· Focus on customer retention campaigns across the subscriber base

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Work with the digital marketing team on campaigns

Experience

· Educated to degree level in relevant subject

· 6 months experience in a similar marketing role

· Experience in a digital marketing/ CRM position

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
