Head of CRM – 12 month FTC

A leading UK grocery retail business are looking for a Head of CRM to join the growing CRM & Digital team on a 12 month FTC.

You will manage a team of 15 and will be responsible for driving CRM & Loyalty strategy across the business, so previous management experience is required for this role

Responsibilities

· Drive CRM & Loyalty across their huge customer base

· Manage a high performing CRM team

· Report into the CRM Director and work closely with senior stakeholders in the business

· Keep senior stakeholders engaged in the CRM and Digital transformation

· Deliver digital initiatives set out in annual marketing plan, continually innovate and challenge what the business is currently doing

· Own and lead the loyalty programmes, improving awareness & engagement

· Deliver targeted CRM marketing across Email, SMS and Push – using data & insights to drive revenue

Experience

· Seasoned CRM & Digital leader, ideally coming from a retail background

· Experience of growing and overseeing high performing CRM & Digital teams

· Excellent understanding of CRM and loyalty

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
