Head of CRM – B2B
My client is a leading global specialist currency exchange provider. They provide dedicated international money transfers around the world, providing comprehensive money exchange services to minimise the risk for customers. Their services include standard currency exchange, forward exchange transactions, and more for individual users and businesses. They pride themselves in being reliable, offering a very high-quality service whilst offering trustworthy exchange rates.
They are looking for a data-driven CRM leader to transform their approach to customer acquisition.
This person will launch the business on to our next level of growth. They generate tens of thousands of leads a year with expectations more than triple this in the coming year, but currently have little in place to nurture and convert them. The Global Head of CRM will be tasked with designing a nurture programme from scratch, nuanced to meet the needs of the 24 international markets they are in, and evolving it over time through continuous testing to drive ever improving conversion.
You will have ownership of the global strategic and technical CRM and Marketing Automation infrastructure across all digital and offline touchpoints – This role reports directly into the Global Marketing Director and will have frequent exposure to the Executive Committee.
