A fantastic business who very much still have a family feel are looking to hire a Head of CRM to join their Marketing team of 4! Historically their CRM activities have been product led, however they are now investing heavily in new automation tools to plan and deliver more customer-centric personalised campaigns, which you will play a key part in.

They have been using Mailchimp internally, but they are ideally looking for someone to overhaul their technology – so previous experience in implementing a new ESP would be great!

Responsibilities

· Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies

· Manage a team of 3, with a view of growing the team

· Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns

· Lead the strategy for CRM across their diverse product range

· Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

· Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)

Requirements

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Team management experience

· Analytically minded
