£80,000 – £92,000 + 20% bonus

A leading consumer brand based in London are looking for a Head of CRM to join their existing marketing team of 30, to develop and enhance their CRM capabilities. You will manage a team of 5 from day one and will be tasked with building this out further, in line with their digital transformation goals.

The company started their transformation around 6 months ago now – and are now looking for a CRM leader to enhance their CRM offering. The business have already implemented Salesforce – so having previous experience would be ideal!

Responsibilities

· Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies

· Manage a team of 5, with a view of growing the team

· Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns

· Lead the strategy for CRM across their diverse product range

· Be the Salesforce champion across the business, and get the most out of the tool

· Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

· Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)

Requirements

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Team management experience/ experience building high performing CRM teams
