Head of CRM & Personalisation – Germany – €95,000
A global fashion brand are looking for a Head of CRM & Personalisation to join the existing team of 8. You will manage 3 direct reports and will report into the VP of Digital.
Ideally you will be coming from a B2C background, with global experience in a CRM/ personalisation environment.
This is based in Germany, and full relocation support will be provided throughout the process.
Responsibilities
· Manage a team responsible for CRM activation and personalisation
Manage customer engagement programs across multiple channels
Work closely with the product & tech teams to direct the business through the personalisation engagement programme
· Partner with global consumer engagement team to provide business requirements for the CRM roadmap
· Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams
· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
· Drive customer personalisation journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, Shop)
Experience
· CRM, Personalisation and Loyalty experience in a B2C/ retail background
· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
· Experience running global personalisation programmes
· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
· Experience in growing CRM teams – with proven results
· Analytically minded, can work in a data heavy environment
