A leading comparison site are looking to appoint a Junior CRM Manager to enhance their CRM function after their recent digital transformation. They have just implemented Salesforce to plan and deliver more customer-centric campaigns, which you will play a key part in.

Junior CRM Manager Responsibilities

• Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies
• Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns
• Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
• Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives
• Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)

Junior CRM Manager Requirements

• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Knowledge in CRM, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
• Experience executing campaigns across a number of channels
