A utilities business who are changing the game and looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their growing digital team. They were only founded 12 years ago and are already over 250 staff.

The Marketing team is going to be key for further success and we are supporting them to build a new team.

You will automate proven email journeys and campaigns, and optimise to drive performance and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own transactional communication across the email, SMS and other CRM channels
• Automating renewal, onboarding and customer service journeys
• Work on the Salesforce platform to ensure data is clean and accessible for the business
• Monitor and report on the quality of automated customer communication, identifying and actioning opportunities for improvements
• Own Pardot and the integration with Salesforce
• Work closely with the Salesforce Product Manager to prioritise customer communication work within the broader business context
• Work closely with the broader Marketing, Digital and Tech team

Experience

• Experience in a Marketing Automation position
• Ideally an understanding of Salesforce & Pardot – other tools considered
• Strong Email Marketing background
• Data driven and analytical approach to Marketing
• Passion for Marketing
