A leading technology platform are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their growing Marketing team. They have close to 18 million customers in their database and are looking for an Automation expert to support their growth and email marketing.

You will be the expert for building, implementing, analysing, and optimising campaigns through their recently integrated marketing automation platform. The role is both strategic and operational as you develop and execute engaging, automated email and push campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Implement CRM strategies to maximise conversion and retention and minimise churn
• Produce weekly and monthly CRM reports
• Deliver growing levels of engagement, conversions, and performance across email, push and other cross-channel communications
• Implement automated journeys for both leads and current customers
• Consistently test strategies for learning and optimisation, in order to maximise KPI improvement, ROI, and business impact
• Build and drive the CRM email calendar – working with the wider digital function to ensure it’s fit for purpose

Experience

• 3+ years CRM/ Email Marketing experience in a fast paced environment
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Have used multiple ESP/ CRM systems
• Hands on experience of email marketing best practice
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
