Marketing Executive

Salt’s client, a UK Leading Luxury Property firm are on the hunt for a Email Marketing Manager for an exciting new role within their team. This company manages a UK-wide Retail multi-let Centres, Central London campuses and prime residential developments and are made up of a diverse, curious team that are flexible on a 50/50 remote working style.

This role sits within their Customer Acquisition Marketing Team, a small, high performing and specialised team, which sits within the wider Marketing Department. You will be working with agencies, key stakeholders from the leasing teams and often agents and suppliers to deliver marketing initiatives which help to attract new business/customers for new developments, void workspace and void retail spaces across the portfolio.

In this 6 month FTC, you will support in the delivery of high quality B2B marketing materials and campaigns which will help to attract new retail and office customers to the overall company portfolio.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Updating marketing material including pitches, templates and digital brochures
• Writing and proofing copy for marketing materials
• Set up of email campaigns using Pardot, populating templates with email copy and images and testing and sending email campaigns
• Managing the email campaign calendar, manage the data-lists and approval/sign-off process for email campaigns
• Write creative briefs for external agencies and support in managing projects, including delivery timelines and budgets
• Work with internal stakeholders to capture feedback to send to external agencies and stick to project delivery timelines and budgets

Key Skills Required:

• InDesign experience needed to edit marketing materials (Adobe Creative Suite & InDesign experience preferred)
• Must have creative copywriting skills and be confident producing copy for marketing material and campaigns
• Excellent experience using e-mail marketing including but not limited to; email content creation, testing strategies, split sends, triggered/automated journeys, database analysis
• Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred (or similar)
• Content Management System (CMS) experience needed
• Strong analytics and decision-making skills and a commercial understanding of campaign performance
• Planning and organisational skills with a high degree of numeracy and commercially astute
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills will be required for this role
