Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager

£50,000 – £62,000

A leading beauty business are looking for a Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to join their growing team.

You will ideally be an experienced CRM specialist with strong knowledge and experience in both campaign management and CRM strategy. This role requires a strong leader and managerial skillset not only to create vision but also to direct and develop the team.

Responsibilities

  • Create, plan and execute the CRM strategy across email and app including the CRM calendar, lifecycle and seasonal campaigns
  • Supporting CRM growth through the optimisation of programmes and the identification of new campaigns & channels
  • Lead the CRM roadmap with a detailed customer contact strategy
  • Drive customer engagement and work closely with the Growth and Brand teams
  • Build a high performing CRM team – ideally 2 by the end of the year
  • Be the subject matter expert within the business across CRM & Loyalty

Experience

  • Experience building/ managing high performing CRM teams
  • Experience running complex CRM & Loyalty campaigns
  • Passion for fashion/ retail/ ecommerce
  • Ideally educated to degree level
