A leading UK restaurant group are looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Lead to join their growing digital team. In this role you will lead and manage loyalty schemes, CRM campaigns and website content that will grow customer acquisition, conversion and retention across multiple channels.

This role would best suit a driven and entrepreneurial individual that can deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Responsibilities

· Owning and managing the growth and ongoing development of loyalty programmes

· CRM campaign management measured through database growth, customer engagement and conversion optimisation

· Planning, building and driving customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits

· Website optimisation, measured through growing traffic and conversions

· Develop, test and optimise the use of the current segmentation model for email campaigns

· Effective change management across loyalty, CRM and website

· Understand the data and systems, working closely with digital agencies to create accurate and relevant campaigns

· Manage a team of 2 execs, with the view of building this further

Experience

· 5+ years’ CRM/ Email Marketing experience leading CRM & loyalty teams

· Effective leadership, coaching and developing team members

· Strong understanding of the CRM practice within loyalty schemes & effective CRM campaigns

· Experience managing CRM agencies and building strong relationships

· Excellent reporting skills to senior stakeholders
