Senior CRM Executive/ Email Marketing Executive
£30,000 – £36,000

A well-known and highly respected online business are looking for a motivated Senior CRM Executive to join their established CRM team. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that you are building relevant and highly targeted campaigns – that deliver results.

Due to the growing customer base (currently stands at nearly 2 million) the campaigns will really vary on the segmented base that you aim to target – so there is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CRM, broad marketing and sales team to build and deliver weekly campaigns of a high standard
• Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting using their ESP and Campaign Management tool
• Post campaign analysis and reporting on the campaigns you deliver
• Work on the trigger campaigns across the database
• Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose

Skills / Experience

• Experience and proven results in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Experience of using Google Analytics and Faststats (or another campaign management tool) would be beneficial
• Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders
• Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
