One of the UK’s leading Travel Agents are growing their digital teams and are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to support their friendly and collaborative CRM team based in London.

The role is brand new, and you will be joining a team of 3 and will be responsible for managing and executing automation/trigger campaigns and providing insight and analysis from all CRM activity to improve channel performance.

Responsibilities

* Creating, optimising and executing email campaigns, and supporting CRM Executive

* Creating and deploying effective, automated life-cycle campaigns across the business

* Supporting with optimisation and reporting of all automated and trigger campaigns

* Building out targeted, automated journeys and applying test & learn approach

* Driving innovative ideas and solutions in response to business and customer needs

* Proofing emails, ensuring campaigns are technically correct

* Working to resolve any issues and problems relating to the broadcast and scheduling of emails

* Working with multiple stakeholders to ensure automated campaigns achieve business goals

* Run weekly/monthly reports to report on campaign activity and suggesting ideas/improvements

* Analysing campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results

Skills / Experience

* 2-3 years’ experience in CRM marketing

* Understanding of best email marketing practices

* Working experience with multiple CRM tools (Salesforce is a bonus)

* Good technical understanding and experience using HTML

* Experience of campaign reporting and analysis

* Passionate, driven, innovative personality
