£30,000 – £35,000

A global sports brand based in Surrey are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their established CRM team. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that you are building relevant and highly targeted email campaigns – that deliver results.

The company have 250 staff and are really looking to develop their CRM function and develop multi-channel campaigns. If you have come from a Digital Marketing background with a focus on CRM/ Email Marketing – this could be a great option for you!

Responsibilities

· Planning, building and delivering multi-channel campaigns

· Responsible for the growth of the customer base

· Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose, and manage the day-to-day campaigns

· Work closely with the broader marketing and design team

Skills / Experience

· Experience in creating engaging email marketing campaigns

· Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders

· Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
