Senior CRM Manager

SALT Contracts Limited have partnered with a leading digital tech start-up who are disrupting the industry and developed an amazing platform for connecting consumers with professionals.

My client is looking for a Senior Email Marketer on a rolling 3-month contract. You’ll plan and execute the email marketing strategy for all segments of the customer and professional lifecycles.

The ideal candidate is someone who’s had proven successes in customer lifecycle marketing, be up to date on email best practices, and have a desire to create powerful, personalised digital campaigns that resonate with audiences and get results be it for customer retention, acquisition, brand awareness, etc.

You will be:

• Proactive – My client needs someone who are comfortable with reporting to key stakeholders and contributing new email ideas
• Experienced – You will have a wealth of knowledge around lifecycle automated campaigns
• Fast-paced – You will have proven success in a fast-moving, dynamic environment such as a start-up or scale-up business is highly desirable

This is a hands-on role, you’ll need to be comfortable running email campaigns, getting stuck into CRM systems, and help develop their CRM/email marketing strategy.

You’ll also work with product and tech teams to create tools, experiences and customer journeys to continue improving owned channels. It will also be on you to conduct weekly and monthly insightful analysis and share recommendations to further improve email performance.
