One of the UK’s leading healthcare and wellbeing charities is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join their vibrant marketing team and help drive forward their CRM transformation. This organisation is all about passion and commitment to build a healthier nation, one day at a time!

This role is vital to the growth of the charity as you would be ensuring that the overall CRM aligns to their strategic plans, contact strategy as well as customer experience. The ideal candidate would have an in-depth understanding and experience of Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Head of CRM, you will support all customer communications to promote a connected customer journey
• Ensure that the right journeys and stories for development are prioritised
• Advise and make recommendations on how to optimise performance as part of communication strategy
• Devise and own a communication plan for sprint releases
• Maximise performance of customer lifecycle journeys through test & learn and insight

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of Salesforce/ Marketing Cloud CRM
• Demonstrable experience in campaign building and campaign management through personable customer lifecycle journey
• Experience in developing and executing CRM strategies
• Great communication skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
