One of the UK’s most loved hospitality businesses is looking for a new Senior CRM Manager to join their ever-growing team in London. The CRM team is currently standing at 4 people and you will be the 5th!
Since opening their doors 25 years ago they have open 220 restaurants across the UK and Ireland. They have become the market leader in hospitality. With 6,000 employees and 250 restaurants and shops across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Plan CRM campaigns with the Brand Marketing teams
- Implement engaging CRM strategy across multiple channels (Email, SMS, App)
- CRM campaign & digital product performance analysis – providing insight to stakeholders
- Responsible for building/ recruiting a high performing CRM team
- Managing digital products – best practice for GDPR and regulatory compliance
- Being a company “expert” on all customer digital touchpoints – supporting the digital and brand teams
- Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with vendors & suppliers
- Staying up to date with the latest industry innovations and technologies
Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced Digital Marketing and CRM environment
- Experience delivering and optimizing digital and CRM concepts such as automation, integration, and segmentation
- Experience launching multi-channel digital propositions
- Experience with ESP systems (Salesforce, Scoustic, and Exponea)
- Team management
- Experience with Google or Adobe analytics and Excel – presenting reports to key stakeholders
