A global tech platform with nearly 4 million users are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their entrepreneurial dynamic team in the heart of London (although it can be remote).

This is a unique business that is doing incredibly well and have ambitious plans for growth. You will own the CRM strategy and will look to grow a team to ensure customer contact strategies and journeys are implemented to their growing customer base.

This role will also be managing digital agencies, so a good understanding of SEO/ PPC will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

· Working closely with the CMO you will be responsible for devising a comprehensive CRM strategy

· Execute and deliver a complete email programme including; transactional automation’s marketing messages and promotions

· Improve and drive CRM forward both for customer acquisition and retention

· Driving more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives

· Analysing the performance of the CRM campaign and actively working to improve upon performance and creating value

· Manage the digital marketing agency and support them with execution of the PPC and re targeting strategy that you will define and drive

Requirements

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Data driven CRM experience but also a passion for creative campaigns

· Experience with designing and understanding complex customer journeys

· Ideally understanding of AB Testing

· Previous experience of managing multiple projects and liaising with senior stakeholders

· Experience using multiple ESP/ CRM systems
