A leading comparison site in the finance space are looking to appoint a Senor CRM Strategy Manager to enhance their CRM function after their recent digital transformation. Historically their CRM activities have been product led, however they are now investing heavily in new automation tools to plan and deliver more customer-centric personalised campaigns, which you will play a key part in.

This role reports into the CRM Director and is focussed around the strategy of their customer communication. They have an incredibly data rich customer base, and have spent vast amounts of money in the last couple of years with their marketing activity. I am sure you have seen their campaigns on TV most evenings!

Responsibilities

· Working closely with the CRM Director, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies

· Work closely with the Data Strategy/ Planning team to incorporate personalisation into lifecycle campaigns

· Work on a large scale segmentation projects

· Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives

· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme

· Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)

· Manage 2 CRM Executives (with the view of growing the team)

Requirements

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Team management experience

· Analytically minded
