£170,000 – £250,000 + 30% bonus

A Global Consultancy based in Central London are looking for a VP of CRM & Loyalty to join their growing digital arm of the business.

You will work with some of the biggest retail clients in the world, to transform the way they think about data, CRM & loyalty. Given the seniority of the role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, whilst having responsibility for over c50 people.

Given the nature of the consultancy, they are looking for individuals who have had an annual sales target of £2million+. And will consider candidates who have been client side in the past, but with more of an agency/ consulting experience within the last 3 years.

What you’ll be doing:

• New client generation with global Retail organisations with an annual target of £2million+
• Developing current accounts
• Responsibility for running a high performing team of CRM & Digital professionals
• Overseeing CRM & Loyalty campaigns/ projects for global businesses

Your experience:

• Excellent network with senior leaders and C-suite professionals in the CRM & Digital industry
• 10+ years’ commercial experience including 3+ years working within consultancy is a must
• Proven track record of leading high performing teams
• Experience running global CRM & Loyalty campaigns
• Experience managing P&L and sales targets

Package on offer

£170,000 – £250,000

30% bonus
