Role: Campaign & Digital marketing manager
Location: Central London
Day rate: Up to £300 via LTD
Contract length: 12 week initial
Responsible for managing category level trade campaign activity & digital marketing performance channels to ensure the smooth running of campaigns and trade marketing projects ensuring stakeholders and briefs are aligned and delivered across digital; in channel and onsite to ensure the customer experience is on brand and delivers against commercial requirements. Supports the business to onboard new projects and Pan Partnership priorities within digital.
- A leadership role within the Digital Campaign team to inspire, coach and develop a team of Digital Campaign Marketers to deliver client customer goals within the overall context of balancing sales and contribution whilst delivering a consistent brand and stakeholder experience
- Responsible for campaign processes, confidently leading and co-ordinating compelling digital campaigns that are managed on time, to agreed budgets and deliver on category trading and brand objectives
- Acts as a liaison for your work stream between Product teams, Content & Design, and wider Customer Directorate, receiving and translating required briefs for the CRM & Digital Marketing team, Social, Brand & Category Marketing
- Ensure digital marketing communications appropriately respond to omni-channel priorities with suitable onsite and CRM & Digital marketing channel level proposals and activities that deliver against KPIs
- Harnesses customer, market and marketing channel insight to build a strong customer experience, translating knowledge into campaign proposals and plans that drives innovation, moves marketing tactics forward and embraces technology to consistently deliver best in class activity that supports the online
- Supports in delivering proposition campaign activity for various markets. Tailors plan and campaigns per regional strategy
- Collate regular analysis and reviews to tell the story focusing on key learnings, provide market context or future opportunities which will assist in quick decision-making to mitigate risk. Utilises any available tools to anticipate the strategies of competitors and predict market trends; feeding insights into the team
- Contributes and supports continual improvement in team performance of self and others, cultivating a collaborative and motivated team environment. Fostering a positive team culture
Experience
- All round digital marketing professional with demonstrable experience in campaign management – particularly performance marketing
- Experience of driving processes and meeting deadlines and delivering multichannel campaigns
- Experience within the latest online marketing and customer communications
- Coaching and developing individuals
- Experience of understanding customers, tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values
- Experience of multiple stakeholder management at all/senior levels
- Experience of negotiating supplier funding
- Experience of managing functional work flow
