CRM Campaign Manager Responsibilities

• Experienced CRM professional that can develop and deliver engaging and successful customer engagement programmes
• Build email campaigns with HTML (need to be able to code)
• Track and analyse campaign results and feedback to agency/ stakeholders
• Build segments and control via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with the broader CRM team to grow the channels impact, thinking of new ways to communicate with the growing customer base

CRM Campaign Manager Experience

• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Understanding of SQL (or other analytical tools)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (or other campaign management tool)
• Passion for CRM and building campaigns
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Strong communication skills
