One of the UK’s leading Fashion Brands is looking for a talented CRM Executive to join their team and work closely with the Senior CRM Manager.
The role:
This role reports into the Senior CRM Manager and you will be responsible for personalised multi-channel marketing programmes.
- Assist on customer strategy development
- Set up of customer segmentation
- Support on the delivery of customer focused marketing campaigns
- Daily Management of customer marketing experiences to ensure optimisation for the segment
- Optimise life cycle journeys across email, push and social
- Monitor performance of campaigns and segments
To apply for this role you must:
- Ideally have experience in fashion/beauty/retail
- Have CRM experience in a B2C environment
- Hands on experience with major ESP or CRM platforms
- Able to work autonomously and work to deadlines
