A global Media business are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing Marketing function in the centre of London.

You will be positioned in the middle of the CRM & Digital team and will be responsible for creating engaging CRM solutions through all business units. The organisation has around 15 million users across the world, so you will have an incredible opportunity to send personalised communications to active customers.

CRM Manager – Responsibilities

• Main contact for ESP queries across the Marketing team
• Analytical approach to ensure the Monthly CRM KPI reporting is accurate
• Translate the new customer plans into execution schedules by collaborating with Marketing, Data, Brand and Ops teams
• Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
• Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, Shop)

CRM Manager – Experience

• Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
• Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
• Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
• Experience in Adobe Campaign or other campaign management tool
• HTML and JavaScript experience would be advantageous
