A global consumer brand based in Central London are looking for CRM Manager to join their growing team. The business has just been allocated huge amounts of money to invest in their CRM and Customer Engagement teams. You will report in to the Head of CRM and will have ownership of CRM campaigns across their diverse product range.

Instead of an execution role, this is a technical position within the CRM team – so experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SQL is essential.

You will work closely with the CRM team and their Salesforce partners to deliver the product enhancements required. You will be tasked with embedding a new customer journey and be part of developing a single customer view.

CRM Responsibilities

• Work with the broader marketing teams to build solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools
• Deliver the CRM strategy, work closely with tech and data teams
• Technical implementation of CRM strategy, to optimise customer experience
• SQL use to define audience segments

CRM Experience

• Ideally educated to degree level
• Good SQL skills
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Running engaging CRM campaigns
