CX Consultant

My client, a leading utilities company, is in need of a digital customer experience specialist to support them improve and refine a current digital proposition and improve the online consumer journey.

This project will run for approximately 3 months and will be split between Coventry and London, with most of the time spent in Coventry. The role is paying up to £600 a day DOE.

The client is looking for a candidate with experience in these areas:

– Online Customer Experience

– Customer Journey mapping

– Project Management

– Digital engagement

– Stakeholder management

– Data analysis

– Defining measures and method of implementation
