GROUP INSIGHT LEAD | £50,000 – £60,000 PA | CENTRAL LONDON |PERMANENT

My client is a Global home improvement company with over 1,000 stores across Europe, Russia and Turkey and own some of the most recognisable and reliable brands for both Homeowners and trade business. With an annual turnover of over £11 billion their digital channels provide a service to nearly 6 million customers worldwide.

They have a newly set up Insight team based in Central London which is going to spearhead change across their business with a focus on understanding how and why their consumers are using their products as well as being able to control the narrative when it comes to their suppliers. This role will play a key part in analysing and understanding all parts of their business and working closely with the senior team to make effective changes. Your work will help this already successful retailer explore new areas of achievement.

Requirements / You must have:

• Previous experience of completing both Quantitative and Qualitative research projects ideally for large retailers, automotive or FMCG clients.
• Have taken part in face to face consumer research and be able to probe findings and deliver high quality, well-structured research deliverables
• Organize and facilitate workshops to make research outcomes become a reality
• Share your findings with various internal stakeholders in an effective manner
• Be able to work on research projects from brief to debrief with an attention to detail and spark new thinking
• Attend design sessions to provide a consumer voice and make sure the projects stay relevant to the customer insight.

Your work will be used by the heads of the business as they evolve their Digital and offline business to become a more dominant force.
